Here's a blast from the past. We think it was 1986.
It was Julian Lennon's first performance in front of a live television
audience and it was on the American Music Awards. Left to right: Vinnie
Colaiuta (drums), Dave Amato (yep, Dave Amato!), Julian Lennon, and
dapper, 80's ready, Ricky Phillips. The funny thing is, I was there
with Pam Dawber and presented Billy Joel an award with Jamo from Survivor.
I was dressed very similar to Ricky too, maybe even wearing a headband!
But I think I destroyed all my photos...
